Unactivated products
If your QR has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Activated products
Once a QR code has been activated and bound to an account, refunds are not available except where required by law.
How to request
Contact support@autoqr.de with your order number. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
